Decisione della Commissione federale delle case da gioco (CFCG) in materia di qualificazione di giochi da casinò 1. Per ogni gioco che intende svolgere il titolare di una concessione necessita dell'autorizzazione da parte della Commissione federale delle case da gioco (art. 16 cpv. 1 LGD1).
2. Prima di rilasciare un'autorizzazione, la Commissione federale delle case da gioco deve esaminare se il gioco in questione adempie le condizioni per essere qualificato come gioco da casinò.
3. Dopo esame la Commissione federale delle case da gioco qualifica i seguenti giochi in denaro automatizzati offerti in linea come giochi da casinò: ID di qualificazione
