Decisione della Commissione federale delle case da gioco (CFCG) in materia di qualificazione di giochi da casinò 1. Per ogni gioco che egli intende svolgere, il casinò titolare della concessione necessita un'autorizzazione da parte della Commissione federale delle case da gioco (art. 16 della Legge sui giochi in denaro1).
2. Prima di emettere una decisione di autorizzazione, la Commissione federale delle case da gioco deve esaminare se il gioco in questione adempie le condizioni per essere qualificato da gioco da casinò.
