Verfügung der Eidgenössischen Spielbankenkommission (ESBK) im Bereich Qualifikation von Spielbankenspielen 1. Für jedes Spiel, das die Inhaberin einer Konzession durchführt, braucht sie eine Bewilligung der Eidgenössischen Spielbankenkommission (Art. 16 Abs. 1 BGS1).
2. Vor dem Bewilligungsentscheid prüft die Eidgenössischen Spielbankenkommission, ob das Spiel die Voraussetzungen erfüllt, um als Spielbankenspiel qualifiziert zu werden.
