Décision de la Commission fédérale des maisons de jeu (CFMJ) en matière de qualification des jeux de casino 1. Pour chaque jeu qu'il entend exploiter, le titulaire de la concession doit obtenir une autorisation de la Commission fédérale des maisons de jeu (art. 16, al. 1, LJAR1).
2. Avant de rendre sa décision d'autorisation, la Commission fédérale des maisons de jeu doit examiner si le jeu remplit les conditions sur la question de savoir si le jeu en question remplit les conditions pour être qualifié comme jeu de casino.
